New Rules for 620 Score Beginning November 1st.

620 has been the magic number when it comes to credit scores but Fannie Mae (conventional loans) and FHA (government loans) and VA (Military) are now making it official. They have just announced that they will require a minimum credit score of 620 (that’s your middle score.)
